Choose a test and work through three unexpected operational situations. Listen carefully, report what you heard, answer the examiner’s questions, and finish by comparing the three scenarios. This training sequence helps you improve comprehension, fluency, vocabulary, and your ability to organize ideas under pressure.

Choose a test

Select an Unexpected Situations test and practice the complete sequence of Part 3.

Listen, report and respond

Listen to each pilot–ATC communication, report what you understood, and answer the examiner’s question using clear and organized language.

Compare the situations

After the three situations, compare the scenarios in terms of severity, possible solutions, and ways of prevention, and support your opinion with clear reasons.
