In my opinion, approach and landing are the most difficult phases because pilots have many tasks and little time to react.
In addition, bad weather, traffic, or a technical problem can make the situation more challenging.
On the other hand, cruise is usually the easiest phase because the aircraft is stable, although pilots must continue monitoring the flight.
In my view, approach and landing tend to be the most demanding phases because the workload increases and pilots have less time to deal with unexpected events.
Furthermore, the crew must keep track of the weather, traffic, aircraft configuration, and communication with ATC.
By contrast, cruise is generally less demanding because the aircraft is stable and most systems are working normally.
Even so, pilots cannot let their guard down, since a small warning sign could develop into a serious problem.
Who was your best flight instructor and why?

My best flight instructor was one of the instructors from my commercial pilot training because he was calm, patient, and very clear.
In addition, he corrected my mistakes without making me feel uncomfortable.
Because of this, my training was challenging, but it helped me improve my skills and become more confident.
The best flight instructor I had was one of my instructors during commercial pilot training because he managed to combine high standards with patience.
Furthermore, he would point out my mistakes clearly and encourage me to work through them instead of simply giving me the answer.
Looking back, the training could be demanding at times, but it taught me to stay ahead of the aircraft and make better decisions.
Overall, his feedback must have played an important role in helping me grow into a more confident and responsible pilot.
In your opinion, what can airlines do to improve the working conditions for pilots?
Do you think Brazilian airline pilots are well-paid? Why? / Why not?
In my opinion, airlines can improve working conditions by giving pilots better schedules, enough rest, and good support from the company.
In addition, they should reduce fatigue and listen to pilots when they report problems.
Overall, salaries in Brazil may be good in some airlines, but they should match the responsibility, training, and pressure of the job.
In my view, airlines can improve pilots’ working conditions by setting up fairer schedules, providing enough rest, and taking fatigue management more seriously.
Furthermore, they should listen to crew feedback and look into recurring problems before they start affecting safety and motivation.
As for salaries, Brazilian airline pilots may be well-paid compared with many other professions; however, pay should also take into account the level of responsibility, training costs, and time spent away from home.
Overall, better conditions could help airlines retain experienced pilots and build up a stronger safety culture.
